Is the test difficult?

No, the test itself is actually very simple. The Resting Metabolic test takes approximately 20-30 minutes, simply sitting and breathing into a mouthpiece. The Active Metabolic tests can be performed on any stationary cardiovascular training piece and takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Consultation after the test, is included, to review your results!

Resting Metabolic Rate- RMR

60 Minutes - $120.00

Your (RMR) is the number of calories per day that your body requires in order to maintain life at rest. A specialized exercise program can then be designed to help you train your body to burn calories and not store them!
